Assessment (Std I to X)
At Dawn School, we follow the CBSE guidelines for assessment to ensure consistent evaluation of student progress. Our approach includes both formative and summative assessments to provide a comprehensive view of each student’s development.
- Periodic Tests are conducted regularly with a cumulative syllabus to prepare students for the Annual Exam.
- Internal Assessments contribute 20 marks, including tests, notebook submissions, and subject enrichment activities.
- Terminal Examinations are held at the end of each term, accounting for 80 marks.
- A Personality Record is maintained to track holistic development and to provide feedback for improvement.
